Elaine Zhao is a London-based freelance writer from Hong Kong. As a trained anthropologist, she is deeply interested in covering the experience of travel, food, and culture, particularly through an East and South East Asian lens. Alongside writing, she's also an illustrator, creative producer, and DJ under her Chinese name YING.
