To change the payment method on your subscription:

1. Go to the Subscriptions tab in your Account.
2. Click "View" on the subscription item you wish to edit. 
3. Click on the Edit icon next to "Payment Details"
4. Select the existing payment method you wish to use or add add a new card.
5. If using an existing payment method, click on it and save your changes. If adding a new payment method, fill out your information and save your changes.

No, our giveaway is one per customer. Once you enter your email and win a free gift card, you will no longer be eligible to receive more gift cards through that account. We also only allow one giveaway gift card per shipping address, meaning only one account per household is eligible.

No, the giveaway and the 4/20 Contest are not the same. By entering the giveaway, you’re signing up to immediately redeem a free gift card. By entering the contest, you’re eligible to win gift cards, products, yearly product subscriptions, and other surprise gifts. 5 contest winners are picked at the end of each month up until April 20, 2024.

Once you type that email and click Invite, they'll get an email inviting them to create an account on Diamond CBD. From there, all your friend needs to do is create their account and spend at least $50 on a purchase. Once your friend has completed these steps, you'll get an email letting you know you've accumulated 2,500 points!

Simply log into your membership account and review a product you've purchased to earn 100 rewards points. Thats it! Your points will be automatically added to your account. Please note that you will only receive points for reviews made on products you have purchased while logged into your account.

No. Once points have been redeemed for a reward, those points cannot be refunded to a member's account. All redeemed rewards are final.
